B2B.museum-webshop.com for Retailers
- Registration: Resellers (museums and retailers) can access our wholesale platform via a separate login on our homepage, subject to providing a valid VAT number and screening by Lanzfeld BV. To register as a retailer, you can click on "Register as Retailer" on the homepage and fill out the form or send an email to info@lanzfeld.nl with your business details and VAT number.
- Price Information: The prices of the products in this B2B webshop are exclusive of VAT. These are only visible once you are logged in to B2B.museum-webshop.com (after your registration has been successfully processed).
- Shipping Costs: Different shipping costs apply to orders depending on the destination country, and these are automatically calculated during the checkout process. For large orders, we may send the shipment by pallet. The shipping costs on your invoice may differ from the initial order due to changes in carrier prices and other unforeseen circumstances.
- Pick-up: It is also possible to pick up your order from the warehouse in Nootdorp on weekdays: Spiegelstraat 10, 2631 RS, Nootdorp, Netherlands. You can indicate this in the checkout.
- Payment and Delivery: We aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, provided the items are in stock.
- Payment Options: As a retailer, you can order on account. Additionally, our website uses MultiSafepay as the payment system. We accept payments via iDEAL, Visa/MasterCard, Maestro, PayPal, and MisterCash.
Delivery Times
- Fast Shipping: We strive to ship orders within a week, depending on product availability and the customer’s location.
- Possible Delays: Please note that shipments may be delayed between Christmas and New Year, or due to other unforeseen circumstances.
- Backorders: If part of the order is out of stock, a backorder will take place. If you urgently need certain products, please let us know in advance via info@lanzfeld.nl, and we will do everything possible to assist you. If there is a delay with your order, we will inform you as soon as possible.
- Courier Services: For delivery, we rely on courier services such as DPD, DHL, PostNL, TNT, and FedEx.
Shipping Costs
- Retailers: Shipping costs are calculated after the order based on weight, volume, and delivery address. We will calculate the exact shipping cost after we have packed the full order, and we will adjust the shipping charges to match the exact costs as calculated by the courier companies. Due to Covid or other unforeseen situations, rates may change.
Order Status
- Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation via email. Please contact us if you do not receive it.
- Track&Trace: For each order, you will receive a Track&Trace code to track the shipment.
